30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee If you're not satisfied with your Navi Hydration Powder within 30 days of purchase, contact us and we'll offer a full refund or replacement — no questions asked.

Eligibility:

  • Unopened products returned within 30 days of delivery are eligible for a full refund
  • Opened products are not eligible for a standard return, however if you tried Navi and it wasn't for you, we'd genuinely love to hear why — reach out to us at hello@navihydration.com and we'll see what we can do
  • Damaged or defective products are always eligible for a full refund or replacement regardless of whether the product has been opened

How to request a refund: Email us at hello@navihydration.com with your order number and reason. We'll respond within 1–2 business days.

Refund processing: 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
